Emergency services respond to the incident

An eyewitness told the Peterborough Telegraph the building was in lockdown, but has not been evacuated.The incident is the latest in a string of scares at the very same office in the past year.Last May a suspicious envelope saw staff quarantined, before a seperate bomb hoax forced staff out of the office just weeks later.
Then in late June another suspicious package containing white powder forced an evacuation.
